A North Star Objective (Objective & Key Results) is a clear, overarching goal that serves as the guiding light for your organization’s strategic efforts. Derived from the foundational steps in your Strategy and Value Creation Plan, this objective embodies the most crucial outcome your company is striving to achieve. By anchoring it to your strategic direction and key value drivers, the North Star Objective ensures that all teams and initiatives are aligned toward a common, long-term vision, driving focus, unity, and measurable progress across the organization.
Once we have established your North Star Objective, we then create a cascaded execution plan using the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework. This involves breaking down the overarching goal into aligned, measurable OKRs for functions and teams.
